Gloranthan Cult One Pagers – Take Three

Revised again the draft one page summary of skills, folk magic and theist miracles for common Gloranthan cults. Changed the format to fit better to one page, added many new cults and additional source links.  Changed the runes to match the current thinking and added places where cult is established. The latter is rather rough as the places are mostly based on pantheons instead of individual cults.

For each cult or spirit society source is mentioned for the spell,miracle or skill that is not found in current RQ6 rules.  Criteria for initiate, acolyte and rune status is mentioned as well.

For the spells and the description of the cults you will need to dive into Cult Compendium, Gods of Glorantha and Shadows in the Borderlands – at least. The links to original books are mentioned for the cults, you will need those books for detailed description of the cult, skills and spells. Many of the books and magazines are out of print but Moon Design Publications has a few and some others you may find thru drivethrurpg.com, Amazon or eBay.

All of this will be superseded by the official rules once AiG is out.

There are many new cults in this batch. It also includes my take on Ompalam and Calari the Hunter plus rough conversion of Ikadz.

It makes it much easier to see all the effects that encumbrance, terrain and fatigue make. The aim here is to make movement speed also count – when escaping One-Eye the Carnosaur you do not have to be the fastest but faster than 2-4 of the slowest ones. You should also be make the hard decisions what to drop to escape easily from game mechanics point of view. 
The encumbrance and fatigue can make drastic changes to the speed and skills. This tool aims to help the use of them to support the game session.
